| Whilst accepting that the operation of a Publicly owned National Defence Contractor is in the public interest, to increase adaptation and advancement in the area of National Defence equipment Private Defence Contractors will be allowed to operate, and bid for, Defence contracts with the Hobrazian Military. Private Defence Contractors may not sell equipment or plans to any international organisations without prior approval from the Ministry of Defence and Foreign Ministry. |
