Message | Mr. Speaker, We accept this proposal for funding joint scientific research projects between Hutori and the Ataraxian Confederation. Our current major research projects include synthetic meat (meat produced using cell culture), aeroponics (growing food without soil or natural sunlight using nutrients suspended in mist), and TerraPC, an open-source personal computer hardware currently in R&D. Our people are also actively working in researching new medicine, particularly cancer research and seeking potential solutions to the problem of aging. There are also plans to initiate a planetary defence program (detection and mitigation of asteroids on collision course), with the launching of a space telescope in the near future. Other future projects include maglev transportation and upgrading telecommunication infrastructure in Adelia. - Marvyn Warrick Ambassador of the Ataraxian Confederation |

Message | Mr Speaker, As we have already explained, these cuts will have no effect on the critical services Hutorians have. These cuts are simply getting rid of the excess money that has been put into these departments with no explanation as to how it was going to be spent. Pascale Rousseau Minister of Finance MP for Anslem Centre |
Date | 23:05:33, April 07, 2018 CET | From | National Progress Party | To | Debating the Budget proposal of January 4374 |
Message | Mr speaker, Even if we agreed with the idea of making some cuts in orde rto give to hutorian people some level of tax break, this is going way too far. These cuts excessive and they services provided to the population will suffer greatly. The claim of the minister of Finance thay these cut are simply getting rid of the excess that has been put into these departments with no explanaiton as to how to spent it are simply not true. Most of the money that is being cut have been put in these departement with full explanation on how to spend it. For exemple, the 25 billiosn that goes into the Internal Affairs ministry goes praticly entirely in the funding of the Hutorian Federal Police Service. Which mean that with these cuts, we would need to dismiss nearly 40% of our police force. Plus, most ministries that does have excess money didn't receive any cuts. Like the ministry of Environment and Tourism which is WIDELY overfund. -Joseph Bokota MP for the NNPP |

Message | Mr Speaker, The NNPP knew about our budget plan when they entered a coalition with us. We are very dissapointed that they are now tunring their backs on the coalition. Aarom Scheer Chancellor of the Commonwealth of Hutori MP for Woodhurst - Airdrie |

Message | Mr Speaker, We are not turning our back on the coalition. There is still time left to create another budget that would make less radical cuts in the current mandate and we are looking forwar din working wiht the Finance minister in creating this budget. But we just can't support this budget in it's current form. -Joseph Bokota MP for the NNPP |
