| Article I: Be it enacted with the consent of His Imperial Majesty Karel I and the Senior Nobles in each Crownland, along with the approval of the Imperial Diet, that the following hereditary titles be created and/or bestowed: - The title of Archduke of Greater Hulstria be created and henceforth conferred upon the Heir Apparent to the Imperial Throne - thus Crown Prince Alexi Adorufu Hofuman von Yukio-Labsburg become His Royal Highness the Archduke of Greater Hulstria. The title comes with a demesne in the Crownlands of Budenlar and Kuratha; - The title of Archduke of Gao-Soto be bestowed upon the Emperor's second son - thus Prince Randorufu Sebastian Hofuman von Yukio-Labsburg becomes His Royal Highness the Archduke of Gao-Soto. the title comes with a demesne in the Crownlands of Hilgar and Mitrania; - The title Duke of Luthur be bestowed upon Prince Sebastian Labsburg-Thaller-Mikarutu (last surviving son of the former Empress Beatrice II); the title comes with a demesne in the Crownland of Budenlar. - The title of Count-Palatine of Flieder be bestowed upon Freiherr Otto Rōzenburatto von Labsburg, Sutātsuminisutā of the Imperial Crownlands. The title comes with estates in the Crownland of Budenlar; - The title of Margrave of New Liore be bestowed upon Field Marshal Albus von Michelhaus, Minister of Defence; the title comes with estates in the Crownland of Budenlar; - The title Count of Marchau be bestowed upon Sir Konrāto Witte, Minister of Foreign Affairs; the title comes with estates in the Crownland of Kuratha; - The title Count Palatine of Hikyuu-zou (Hikyu-zou no kuni) be bestowed upon Kunhomi Namakura-Holzinger, son of Freiherr Hademar Holzinger founder of the Liberal People's Party. The title comes with estates in the Crownland of Hilgar; - The title of Prince of Numamura (Hennersdam) be bestowed upon Teodōru Yōzefu, head of the House of Serujaku-Rabuzubāgu, the title comes with estates in the Crownland of Mitrania; - The title of Marchioness of Luthorische Bai be bestowed upon Lady Rōza Fōgeru, Head of the House Hākuānen-Rasōrisukuba.
