Message | Sahal Sabbagh, ULD Chairperson And so the communists once again try yo undermine the freedom of the citizens. We could potwntially understand establishing a minimum, but why a maximum? That is a totalitarian, leftist-emist way of thinking that will simply not produce anything positive. For this nonesense, which you attempt once again, I hope that you'll be punished. |

Message | Giorgia Ciriello, Spokeperson of AR: "Mr Speaker, let me ask to Hon. Sabbagh this: so, if the employers have the right to negotiate a minimum salary, as you mentioned as a proposal, why not the workers? For ULD maybe the employers have more rights than the employees? Because we noticed how ULD was always against any form of minimum salary. So, The employers have the right but the employees not? What are the employees? Slaves? Not at all!" |

Message | Sahla Sabbagh, ULD Chairperson Ms Ciriello, I do not understand why you are speaking of the workers as if we oppose them; no, you do, you are their enemy, you fight against their rights by supporting this bill; you wish to limit the amount of money that they earn. What for? What is the sense of that? What will the nation gain from limiting the amount of money that the workers earn? And, Ms Ciriello, we are not against the workers, as I've said; we just believe that someone that runs their own business should have the right to decide on how much they want to give their employees. That is a holy right of capitalism, and one that we must respect. |

Message | Giorgia Ciriello: "Mr Speaker, I call you to intervene to warn Hon. Sabbagh for her behavior. She are considering us like some idiots! An insult to our intelligence! A salary cap, notably, is a measure to put a cap to the salary of managers and other high officials inside public as well as private companies and public organizations and institutions! What? Do you think we want put a cap around 1500 LIS? This is a measure for the large incomes! Do not treat us like idiots!" |

Message | Sahla Sabbagh: Why should and employee decide on how much money the employer can give their workers? Ms Ciriello, this is communism. Instead of improving the wages of the poor, you wish to reduce those of the higher-middle class. Who will gain anything grom that? But, Politics is an art of compromise, and as such we propose this: we will support unions and employers discussing minimum wages, if you will vote against this proposal, as those wpuld be steps towards some sort of leftist justice. This is hatred and active action against high earners. |

Message | Vespiano Badia, ULD This bill will make the current tax system invalid. Say, what do you prefer; to limit the earning capabilities of Istalians or to keep your current tax? And, Ms Ciriello, you haven't said why this bill should pass; what is your reasoning? Because I assume that you are aware that this will hugely increase corruption. And may we also ask our PRI colleagues as to why they want to support this? |

Message | Vepsiano Badia, ULD We assume that this will only hut people working in the public sector, right? Because one affecting private companies will deserve to be investigated by the constitutional court and international human rights organizations. |
