Mr.Speaker, Democratic Workers Councils(DWCs)Play a Major Role in helping the poorer sections of Our Society and act as an instrument for reducing inequalities as they act without the motive of Profit.Therefore I would like to propose encouraging Cooperatives by Way of Subsidies and Tax Exemptions so as to ensure that they are able to operate efficiently.I Hope that all parties will support this proposal.
