| As minister of Foreign Affairs, I want propose to the Parliament this resolution to establish, again, but against an other regime, sanctions and an embargo against Saridan that again is fallen in the hand of segregationist party. With this resolution, which have force as a law, the Repubblica Istaliana officially imposes trade ed economical sanctions, including an embargo, on the Republic of Saridan. This resolution forbid to export of goods, services or funds into Saridan and imports of same kind incoming from Saridan. This resolution authorizes the Repubblica Istaliana to deny the validation of Saridanese Visa, in incoming as outgoing, for all the nationals as well as foreign citizens except if there is a request of political asylum. Istalia refuse to authorize landing of planes and docking of ships of saridanese origin, except if there is an emergency or if come a request of political asylum. Any violation of this disposition is punishable by fines and prison sentences, commensurate with the gravity of the infringement, as well as can also result in a trial for minor treason for acts against the national interest. If the Parliament give their authorization for a special bill, presented by the Government as well as by a Party, Istalia is authorized to organize or partecipate in humanitarian mission in favor of the population of Saridan. Finally, the Istalian Government reserves the right to authorize activities in support of the saridan population: the people involved in such activities and their actions are not punishable by the provisions of this law.
