Message | Mr Speaker, While I support the right of Government to regulate national infrastructure and property, the ability of the Government to seize any private property without vital need seems too dictatorial. While I support the SWP's beliefs in attempting to create a fairer economy, this could not only ruin any market competition by removing the main motivation in an economy, and it also creates a dangerous power which any Party that wins an election could exploit to gain full leverage over the economic rights of citizens. We need to realise the line in economic freedoms. Christopher Tarrow, Party Leader of HNLP |

Message | I would support it but this could let party’s take land from opposing party’s just to try to swing an election, I suggest more moderate reform |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
Random quote: "The European Union and environmental advocacy groups use global warming hysteria to advance their own special agendas. The European Union recognizes any significant reduction in CO2 emissions by the United States will significantly reduce its economic output, thereby bringing it closer to the inferior output of European nations. Environmental advocacy groups work to stifle economic and industrial progress wherever they find it to inhibit the successful advancement of peoples in developing nations, inevitably making mankind a second class citizen of planet Earth." - Dr. Jay Lehr |
