Description[?]:
The ministry of internal affairs hereby announces its plan to crackdown on criminal activity once again. Criminals should be punished heavily and should bear the consequences of their actions for their entire lives. This bill only affects criminals with a criminal record. Kids stealing candy or toys wont be affected since its a minor offense and wont result in a criminal record. We hope the Assembly sees the necesity of this reform for the further security of our public space. To achieve this we also propose the change in policy for curfews. Local governments need to have the posibility to create curfews if a local disaster or local unrest occurs. Maik Schau, Minister of Internal Affairs |

Message | Criminals is not a term you seem to understand. All criminals have criminal records, because they are criminals. A criminal is someone who commits a crime. This still does not change the fact that you can be done for a non-violent crime as a young person and live with that regardless of repentance. Basically, you're sending the method that if you mess up once you have nothing left to lose. That's borderline encouraging repeat offenders. Tina Thorn ADA Spokesperson for Justice |
