Message | In other words, immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality and therefore citizenship. If you decide to change this law, EVERYONE must pass an exam to become a citizen of Baltusia, regardless whether he or she is a national or an immigrant. The massive logistical operation aside, citizenship should be granted to as many people as possible so that they too may enjoy the benefits of being a Baltusian. |
