| Comrades, Now that the voters have affirmed their support for our People's Republic we must democratise our nation and remove the last vestiges fascism from public office. Our capital city has been renamed Sildarstadt to reflect our Dundorfian culture and workers' councils shall be set up across the nation to ensure that local services can best respond to the needs of local people. These workers' councils shall exercise mayor powers collectively to ensure the will of the people is not subverted by an one individual. As well as mayoral powers, we are handing the running of library and museum services directly to these elected bodies. Finally, as a member of the Union of Artanian Socialist Republics all citizens shall become citizens of that entity and therefore must be able to hold duel citizenship.
