Message | Mr Speaker, Recognising that Government employees can be political when required to carry out specific policies. We should also reduce the size of the Diet to mitigate costs and ensure 100 seats from each Archduchy, in light of the new State Diets handling more affairs. Message | Mr. Speaker, I see no reason to limit the number of seats in the Imperial Diet. The only consequence that I see is that it will prevent minority parties from having as much say in voting. Also, it is unwise to use an even number of seats, as it opens the door to a chance of deadlock, which is an unfavorable situation. Luke Schiltz Party Chairman, Moralist Party |

Message | OOC: I went with 665 as a parallel to the UK's seat count hovering around the 640s. It was previously used during the early 4000s. If a smaller seat number is wanted we could go with 445, which has also been used previously. Message | Mr Speaker, The main reason is because there are now 6, 120 seat each, State Diets over the Archduchies and Fort William. |
