| Message | Mr. Speaker, I see no reason to limit the number of seats in the Imperial Diet. The only consequence that I see is that it will prevent minority parties from having as much say in voting. | Message | OOC: I went with 665 as a parallel to the UK's seat count hovering around the 640s. It was previously used during the early 4000s. If a smaller seat number is wanted we could go with 445, which has also been used previously.
