This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

But do we really want to have a party that DOESN'T OBEY BILLS but expects the populace to.

I will no longer accept a cabinet with the USF in it.

MessageAs you said, I had no hope of them passing, and as such why waste a lot of time putting them on debate for you all to say no? The issues were strong enough that everyone already has an opinion, and I would have been unwilling for the most part to compromise.
