Description[?]:
The PCI has come to an agreement with the ministry of finance led by AR for a new Taxation plan. The plan actually in use, which was proposed by my previous government, worked greatly for Istalia, deleting the flat tax of the right and giving many wealth which the state spent for public utilies. The istalian citizens largely approved our measure, now, after some years which underlined our success, I propose a new step forward in that direction. We will have more money to put on education and healthcare after we've reformed them. - Ernesto Revara, Head of Government (OOC: Game problems for FD. I repropose it) |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
