This is the first part of our Welfare reform. We hope for the agreement of all the left: Istalia needs this! Add: With this bill is introduced a pharmaceutical ticket to cover partially the expenses for our citizens with a scheme of exemption and integration which will graant a totally-pay area for the low income while for the rest it will cover partially the cost calculating the integration based on household income, health needs and other socio-economic needs. So, he higher the income, the higher the ticket to be paid so that to go to support the expenses of the most disadvantaged in a real spirit of solidarity. (OOC: Game problems for FD. Message | Gentile Horizonte, ULD Chairperson: How so? You probably do not understand economics ms Donati. There will be fewer people on the market; that doesn't mean that there will be larger turnout; leftists believe that everything is so simple. It isn't; lower retirement age means more retired people, obviously, which means higher social spending, which means, obviously, the need to raise taxes; something that you did. It also means that there will be, supposedly, more jobs, which is just not true. Because the markets that will be a little more open will be those that will be for people after academic education, which then again will not be true, most likely. There will be room for more bankers, scientists, right? Yes, there will be too much room in those sectors; there will be even fewer people in those areas then there are now; however, a big percent of them won't retire, most likely. But there will be fewer people working in hospitals or schools; those jobs are stressing, and actually require long education. The young people won't have more jobs, because they will have more opportunities in areas that are already empty, and require long preparations. So, in other words, you are ruining the country. As always. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
