| The 4390 Winter Olympics are going to be hosted here in Mordusia, in our capital city of Rechtenburg. This is a great opportunity for us to show the rest of Terra that we can put on a good show. In order to make this event as successful as possible, I propose to allocate an extra 15,000,000,000 MRD to preparations for the Olympics, with this money to be taken from the Culture Department budget.
