| The Emperor has made it known that he wishes to expand his official title as Head of State to also represent those people who live outside the borders of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria and Mikuni but are represented by his Imperial Majesty through bloodline, historically legitimate claim, through honours bestowed by other nations and symbolism. Therefore the main changes include: The addition of the symbolic title Emperor of the Sekowan Nations, due to direct bloodline descent from Yukio the Great who founded the nation of Sekowo. It will include the honorific and symbolic title of Archduke of Hent and Kelvon to represent the traditional titles held by the Emperor of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria through their role as King of Budenlar. It will include the symbolic title of Grand Protector of Dankuk to represent His Imperial Majesty's close connections to his Imperial cousins who rule that nation. Let this be enacted and the appropriate changes made to the Basic Law document and constitution of this nation.
