It is this party's firm opinion that the current goverment has failed to take the steps needed to secure a basic sense of duty in our citizens, but also to make sure the military is prioritised. |

Old value:: Conscientious objectors can be exempted, but only on religious grounds.
Current: Conscientious objectors can be exempted from combatant roles, but not from non-combatant roles.
Proposed: It is a criminal offence to refuse to perform military service.

Message | Mr Speaker, What we see here is the clear indication of a liberal goverment unwilling to let the military live up to their full potentinal, but also unwilling to give the youth some much needed responsibility.
