Be it enacted by the Emperor's most Excellent Majesty, by the advice of his most loyal servants in this present Diet assembled, as follows:—

That this Diet does authorise;

1. The Government to participate in military action in Medina, exclusively.
2. The Head of State to deploy and subsequently recall the armed forces in said action.
3. The continued participation of the Luthori Armed Forces in Northern Council operations.
4. The Head of State to allow an ally to command the operation overall.
5. The Diet to withdraw consent, in which the Head of State has 30 days to recall all forces.
