MessageLimiting the army’s capability to use land mines when believed that it is necessary to do so by them by restricting it doesn’t make for a more competent defense. You’re giving the enemy and it’s soldiers a chance to fight against Likatonia again if POWs are immediately returned to their government. I don’t see why, if POWs are treated well according to international standards, they cannot be detained until the end of said conflict. In regards to the appointment of military officers, I don’t believe only through battlefield commission is the most effecient way of doing so.
