| It has been 50 years now since the conflict with Malivia, looking back at this time we should realize, that we should be better prepared for other armedd conflicts which may come up and improve our capabilities for retaliation strikes. Thats why the ministry of defence and the ministry of research and technology should produce a stockpile of hydrogen warheads and capabilities to deliver them. The first way that we should utilize are fighter carried missiles as a method to deliver these warheads. The second new method we should focus our research on needs to be kept secret from the public and other nation, even when it is finished and has been deployed. This method of delivering the warheads are nuclear warheads are stealth submarines, which can not be detected by active or passive sonar. We achieve this by eliminating as much noise as possible with a rubber coating, which will cover most of the submarines inner parts to prevent them from rattling and a silent sterling engine. These submarines will have the capabilities of delivering hydrogen missiles with its own weapon systems and also has the ability to install launch pads for these missiles at the bottom of the ocean in more shallow parts. This will enable us to send out these submarines as soon as they are finished in a secret mission where they deploy these launchpads all over Terra. These pads will be linked to our command centre in Narikaton and will enable us to deliver retaliation strikes in a minimal amount of time after the detection of enemy missiles, because we will have a launchpad close to every location in Terra. |
