MessagePLEASE NOTE: The NDP also has a cabinet proposal put out. We realize that further compromise with the ruling party is required and fully support this proposal. Disregard the other bill.
Thank you,

MessageAs a point of order Liberty would like to make it known it believes the NDP is selling itself short in this proposal as the power of state, that is the ability to make laws, ratify treaties and amend the constitution is vested within the Beluz Soviet (Article 1(1) as a parliamentary democracy (Article 1(2a)) . Further under Article 5 it is clear the Beluzia's President's party is not considered "the ruling party" and their numbers in parliament also reflect this. The job of president is representative, not legislative Article 5(1a, 1b). The NDP currently occupy the largest seat share in parliament and would be well advised to negotiate terms that reflect their position rather than accept a junior role.
