Under this Act, each of the 5 provinces will be required to form provincial healthcare authorities. Each Province will be required to operate their own public healthcare system and will receive 10 billion Lira in funding from the federal government to go along with their own provincial funding. An additional 2 billion Lira will be provided to each province for the funding of abortions, sex reassignment procedures, etc., for a total of 12 billion Lira in healthcare funding. Provinces are not allowed to abolish public healthcare under this Act. |
