Divided into three articles, this bill as follows sets the groundwork for demonarchization within the Transitional Republic. As part of a massive campaign split over 4 stages to eventually form the Trigunian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, this is ultimately the first.

ACT I-

The removal of monarchists from power and the gradual eroding of royal titles, the new laws of which have been included below.

ACT II-

The imprisonment of monarchistic oligarchs and the liquidation of their properties, both business and residential.

ACT III-

The removal of monarchistic imagery, such as the current flag, of which is a placeholder, and the removal of statues of various nobles and historical monarchs across Trigunia.
