This bill wishes to seek to do the following: 1. Allow Police Officers to access and utilize military grade weapons stored in the trunk in time of national crisis or when clear and present danger warrants it 2. Have the government create gated communities for less affluent neighborhoods using Justice Department funds. 3. Allow the use of torture when an investigation of a national significance or the life of an individual is at stake. |
