| This bill, in all its sections, comes with the mindset of tying up loose ends and any possible loopholes created with the first Act on Demonarchization. SECTION I— Military officers and soldiers who held significant ties or influence to the ex-Tsar Arkadiy Perezhogin will be subject to court martial. SECTION II— Along with the military reforms, which are set to be executed as Phase III of the Transitional Reforms, military units will be subject to name, flag and patch changes to reflect the new socialist republic. SECTION III— The current national anthem will be subjected to a revision, to reflect a new socialist ideology. |
