Message | The time of the Transitional Republic is a time of stability. It has only been three years since our popular government has disbanded the rule of the Tsar and began laying the foundation of a new, socialist republic. Already we see elements of the old, reactionary order attempt to sow disarray within our new nation. That is why, in the fullest extent of the law, I hereby declare the White Guard "party" a terrorist organization. I give full authority of both the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to do whatever they see fit to ensure that these criminals are apprehended.
