| People of the Kongres, The people of today have no respect for themselves or others and often participate in idiotic ventures; this must be stopped. We are proposing compulsory military service for two years as soon as they reach the age of 18; they we train for 8 weeks and proceed to active and reserve service upon completion. Those that object on religious grounds will be exempt for service however will participate in volunteer work; we will also allow women to participate in the military as they are our equals and many are dedicated to the protection of Saridan. | Message | We disagree with article 3. Women should not be serving in combat roles in the military. Women should be at home raising the children, no job is more important. If women are to serve in our military, it should strictly be in non combatant roles. Men are physically stronger and more athletic, and are therefore, more suited to combat roles. |
