Message | Antonio Massa, President of the Republic: After talks with the communists, and the current Prime Minister, we drew this cabinet, to form a government that will provide Istalia with stability for the upcoming years. The ULD agreed to support it, and I hope that so will the Republicans and the League. |

Message | Maurizio de Fiore, LdC Party Leader: First of all, the Lega is very dissapointed the ULD has chosen to turn their back on their own IP coalition partners and right electorate. Second, we believe the ULD has lost all credibility and integrity by joining a left coalition with the PCI dispite slamming at them for taking most of the PT's voters. I quote mr. Santo Vespa-Baldassare: "It should also be clear to the moderate left-wing parties that the Communists attracted the totalitarian electorate of the PT, which means that they will do everything to please them, so that they'll remain with them, and to do that, they will fight against democracy, and will begin introducing radically conservative bills. And, with the party's recent change, that is even more obvious." The fact that despite these insinuations the ULD choses the (far) left over its own coalition partners without any explanation or notice , makes that we see no further future in the IP as well as coorporation with the current ULD leadership. Political 180 degree turns like this are the reason Istalians are loosing faith in politics and the government. Shame! *LdC members walk out* |

Message | Gentile Horizonte, ULD Chairperson It is true that Mr Vespa-Baldassare opposed this coalition, however, know that the ULD chose this steps under the influence of the President, as we prefer a cabinet of the right. However, the President supported this conclusion, as he deemed it as the most stable possibility. President Massa has clearly taken the initiative for the Saridanese conflict. |

Message | *LdC member Angelotti walks to the microphone quickly before walking away* "We made you president Massa! We helped you take that office! If this is how you treat your allies then Istalia is having a tyrant for the upcoming term!" |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
