| Currently the Government must allow ANY nation to open an embassy on Hutori soil. The situation may arise when the Government wants to expel diplomats from foreign countries or close an embassy of a foreign power as a diplomatic tactic or as punishment for crimes like espionage. This bill empowers the Minister of Foreign Affairs, with the consent of Parliament, to approve or deny any nation's request to place an embassy or consulate in Hutori. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, I rise to ask Parliament to give the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the ability to expel or approve diplomats from other nations. Good relations with Hutori is a privilege for those who want "to play Bekenball" with us. There are rogue nations that should not be allowed to set up Embassies on our soil. Right now we have no ability to close an embassy. We are asking for that ability - on the condition that the foreign ministry will consult Parliament before approving new embassies or closing current embassies.
