| Message | Mr. Speaker, I rise today to ask my honourable friends if they would support a campus of the International University in the Federal District of Bekenial. Education is of paramount importance. So is scientific research. So is working with our friends and allies to achieve Terran peace. By agreeing to build a campus in FD and support the international university, we will be joining our allies Kazulia and Istalia in a commitment to educating future leaders of the world. We believe that we can support this campus through the money saved in the education budget by the last government's decision to transfer higher education institution governance to the local and provincial levels.
