| Preamble As per the debate http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=567360 The Fatherland Front proposes that: ====== The creation of the National Brothel Company as a public state entity with 51% of shares belonging to the state with the rest traded between private investors. Slogan: Liberate Yourself. The National Brothel Company will be a nationalized company which controls all the legal sex works in the country. Any legal sex worker in Malivia shall be an employee of the National Brothel Company and is protected by the government (No sex worker shall be allowed to ply the trade without permission from the company).The National Brothel Company will allow employees to operate in bars, strip clubs and red light districts which have made deals and have been sanctioned by the National Brothel Company. To work for this company you must be 16 years or older and have no sexually transmitted diseases. Once you have the job you are given a license to show the police and customer that you a legal sex worker with a clean STD's record. Frequent check ups are done to ensure that you do not have STD's. Each sex worker shall be tested monthly STD's. After that they are asked many questions about their boundaries concerning sex. Depending on there answers they will only be licensed for what they wish to do but they have to at least be comfortable with intercourse to be allowed to ply the trade. When someone gets a sex worker at the bar or hotel or some licensed area then the clerk asks what type of services they want. Depending on what they say they will get a certain girl or guy that is fine with that type of stuff. If the rules are not followed the sex worker can say that they were forced to provide services which they were not licensed to do. The clerk/business can be arrested by the police and sued by the National Brothel Company. In the end these licenses and specific sex services of the sex workers ensure they are not being abused as traditional sex workers are. All worker benefits and duties shall apply to sex workers too. |
