The point of letting schools decide whether or not to do sex ed is so that parents have choices and a variety of schools that do, and some that don't.

Also, "cross-dressing prohibited by the state"? Why? Just why? What do you care? How is beating up men who wear dresses anywhere near being within the purview of the government?

As I mentioned all of the other times it's been proposed, article 6 is a massive violation of freedom of expression and is very similar in nature to hate-speech laws.
