| Message | Mr Speaker, As until a cabinet can be formed, I must fulfill the duties of both the Presidency and the Foreign Minister, I propose this treaty to Parliament. The Terran Cooperative Prosperity Trade Agreement is a free trade agreement based in Danduk. Joining the TCPTA will allow Hutorian businesses to better compete in the northeast quadrant of Terra.
