| Message | Mr. Speaker We will finding it highly unorthodox that the Official Opposition is attempting to form a minority Cabinet with the President. Our Party will openly question the motives and agenda of the New Liberals of they are 5o accept this Minority Government proposal when we already have a stable minority government in place; especially in a case where the Opposition is trying to seize Defence, Finance and Foreign Affairs along with the Chancellory, four areas at the minimum the Official Opposition is woefully unprepared for.
