| Members of Parliament, After the popular case of the leaked private images and videos of the well known Baltusian actress Linda Harvest, we propose a Media Bill that protects the privacy of not only the public figures but all Baltusians who might get "personal pictures" leaked on the internet. This Bill and Legislation, we believe, is in accordance of the Vth Article of the Baltusian Declaration of Rights and Constitutional Court (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=533351), as it states that "All Baltusians shall be given privacy in their private and family life". It's also urgent to protect all Baltusians, and that's why we propose to add the next Articles of this bill: Article 2 Private pictures and videos are protected to the copyright of the author(s) and artist(s). Every reproduction of them without the explicit consent from both parties is considered illegal. |
