The death penalty is a cruel and inhuman punishment, besides it is not an effective deterrent because the homicides are committed in moments in which the rational evaluation of the assassin and often modified by strong emotions and psycological alterations, for which the forecast of a possible death penalty would not modify in remarkable way his choices.

Tell me what is more inhumane letting the person live were he made be at risk going back into society and causing more harm and hurting more people or letting that person who caused all this harm die. Why should we care about his life he sure didn't car about others.
