Bill: Dundorf United for Advancement in Space

Details

Submitted by[?]: Volksallianz der Umwelt ⚘

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4402

Description[?]:

Private space-centric organizations should be allowed to operate because it encourages friendly competition and thus generates economic growth. The activities of these organizations will be closely monitored in order to prevent improper and irresponsible practices within surrounding terrestrial environments, the Terran atmosphere, and beyond (id est satellite kidnapping, both terrestrial pollution and that of outer space, interference with the habitats of potential extraterrestrial organisms, unsafe exploration and commercial space travel, impetuous asteroid mining, and so on).

Public interest will grow as revenue is collected from activities such as for-profit trips beyond the Terran mesosphere and deep space astrophotography available to the public as well as professionals without complications often encountered on Terra (weather or atmospheric distortion, for example— there is no atmosphere in space).

Ultimately, technological innovation and financial freedom will manifest in privatized Dundorfian space programs as they also periodically collaborate with the government, and Dundorf will prosper as a whole as we reap the benefits bestowed upon us though prosperity and new discoveries.
