| We suggest combining all aerospace activity in Dundorf into one facility, to be headquartered in Stadt Ludendorf, Destfalen. This would aid with the high unemployment in the region (~7%), the highest in the nation by far, as the facility would need at least 100,000 employees. The facility would include a laboratory to discover new technologies, a launch pad to test new rockets, and offices to compute the trajectories and other mathematics involved. We also suggest appropriating funds to the sciences to help fund this new construction. We are open to name suggestions for this facility, but suggest naming it after Julia Leitner. |

| Message | We at the RASP support this bill, and find the CCP's reaction rather pathetic and humourous. Before we cast our vote, however, we have found one prominent flaw we see within this plan. With the location of the airbase, along with the trillions of dollars spent into the construction of the site, makes the base a rather prominent target for aerial attacks, should war arise. I already assume that the NAP-VF has included state-of-the-art defenses for the base. While multiple air bases would be ultimately preferable, this bill shall be voted in favour of.
