Description[?]:

The "Industrie- und Handelskammer" (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) shall exist to explore investment opportunities and unite them with the interested parties.

Article I: The Government of Hulstria and Mikuni hereby declares the formation and recognizes the authority of the "Industrie- und Handelskammer" (Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

Article II: The IHK shall have the AUTHORITY to represent the interests of all registered industrial and commercial organizations/unions/confederations in the nation to the Government.

Article III: The IHK shall have the further RESPONSIBILITY to serve as the committee coordinating the actions of the private enterprises, state-sponsored entities, and government agencies toward the ends defined by the Government.

Article IV: The composition of the IHK shall hereby be made up of representatives of all the major defined industries of Hulstria and Mikuni. Defining the industries to be represented by the IHK shall be under the jurisdiction of the Chamber itself.

Article V: The IHK shall reserve the honorary Chair as a position to be held by the President of the Federal Republic of Hulstria and Mikuni. The Chair position shall be honorary.

Article VI: The IHK shall reserve an acting position within the Chamber to be held by the Minister of Finance. Similarly, a percentage of the Chamber's seats shall be held by officials appointed by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the Senate in accordance with the percentage of GDP held by the Government.
