| The Istalia Nationalist Party (PNI) hereby proposes to the Parliament the following amendments requiring 2/3rd majority of total seats to be passed ----(1)The Federal Cabinet should resign from the office i.e All the government ministers including the Head of Government to leave their offices 1 month (in game) or 1 hour (real life) before the election to ensure the fairness of elections. -----(2) During the transitional period,The President or Head of the State should run the day to day affairs of the Republic. We would like to have the say of other parties on the issue and get the bill passed if we developed a concensus PNI Secretary General Andrew Steven |

| Message | Antonio Massa, President There would be. The president simply doesn't have the time; nor the people or the budget to execute such tasks. And I hope that you understand that cabinets aren't usually sworn in instantly in Istalia;; it takes half a year to form on average. I may consider vetoing this bill, as it would simply paralyze the republic for half a year after elections. At least half a year. |
