| Today with the mobilization and subsequent war being declared against the Republican Party and her ally the People’s Socilaist Party we have decided that the only way to save Dankuk is to fight the tyrannical and old monarchy and replace it with a free and fresh republic. However our efforts to do this have led to increasingly more vile actions by the pro-monarch forces and now they wish to destroy us. To prevent such a thing and to save the republic and end the tyrannical monarchy we declare the lands of Elijang,Ryeunii,and Hyonggi to be part of the Republic of Dankuk. With this proclamation we now declare the Republic of Dankuk a separate state from the Imperial Court in Taeyangdrou and will now be mustering an Armed Forces through both conscription and volunteers. Any and all imperial government property in the Republic of Dankuk will be promptly seized by the Republican Army of Dankuk and will be taken as property of the Republic of Dankuk. All citizens will be barred from leaving the Republic of Dankuk and entering the Grand Union of Dankuk. With this proclamation we create the Republic of Dankuk and it’s government and also create a wartime cabinet. This cabinet is not elected however must resign after the war is over with the imperialist of the north. Also with this proclamation we state our sovereignty and will defend it with all forces necessary including those of the military. We will fight for the republic and we will win.
