| Message | Alex Ekwueme, Minister of Justice Mr. Speaker, The only regulation that we should be proposing at the national level is heavy limits of access to these drugs. They're addictive and they destroy the fabric of our nation. Allowing private "foundations" to profit on the suffering and additions of people is bad enough, and I can tell you it will be my priority, if this bill were to pass, to very heavily regulate these drugs indeed. |
