Bill: Removal of Praetor Taya Charlton

Details

Submitted by[?]: Progressive Conservative Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2198

Description[?]:

The 25 Liberalism Senators are calling for the impeachment of the Praetor. He has not respected any of the minor parties in our Republica. He is always the first to criticize the minor parties and has always believed that his party is the greatest. Well its not. The Praetor needs to begin to negociate with all parties not just the large ones. In the 17 years that my party has existed we have never seen such a tyranical leader. He has served 8 terms, the longest number in the history of the Republica Baltusia. His 29 years have done nothing but worsen our country. He has been Praetor half of his life. His reign of terror must end! Here is why every party mut vote yes.

Libertad y Justicia (69) - The Praetor won't respect you until you yourself put up a candidate or win a plurality of seats.
Revolutionary Socialist Alliance (54) - The Praetor hates you, the communists.
Fatherland - You have come close but close is not good enough! We all need to take action!
Idonea Socia Pax (39) - The Praetor hates you, the communists.
The rest of these parties won't ever be respected until you win more seats than he!
Baltusian Pantian Alliance (31)
New Judicial Alliance (14)
Baltusian Neo Exsudo Party (4)

I do this as your friend not your enemy Mr. Praetor. Please, its been enough.

MessageWhere did you get such information? Can you please provide a real example of tyranny? Or can you show how the voting was rigged?

Also, I'd love to know where you got the notion that the LibLib's hate me...or any other party.

Message"The 25 Liberalism Senators are calling for the impeachment of the Praetor".
According to what part of the constitution again?

"He has not respected any of the minor parties in our Republica."
It is not my job to respect your wishes. It is my job to respect the wishes of my voters.

"He is always the first to criticize the minor parties and has always believed that his party is the greatest."
I am usually first to criticise any party. And history shows the LLP have been the greatest political force in the last two centuries. Welcome to reality.

"Well its not. The Praetor needs to begin to negociate with all parties not just the large ones. In the 17 years that my party has existed we have never seen such a tyranical leader. Well there's some well documented evidence and well structured arguments if I ever I saw them. Kudos.

Heres some facts:
*The Praetor doesn't have to negotiate with any party.
*17 years is a very short time, especially given that those 17 years have all been under Charlton. How can you compare them to any other leader?
*Care to cite some examples of how this nation is any worse?

"Libertad y Justicia (69) - The Praetor won't respect you until you yourself put up a candidate or win a plurality of seats."
This is the best bit. I suppose its time to make public the fact that Taya Charlton will be retiring at the end of this term and the Lib Jus will be running a candidate in the 2200 election with the LLP's full endorsement ala when the Dem Socs' Julia Marquale was elected twice to office on the back of the LLP's endorsement. This, by the way, has nothing to do with the Liberalism Party's bitching and has been the plan for at least a decade.

"Revolutionary Socialist Alliance (54) - The Praetor hates you, the communists.
Idonea Socia Pax (39) - The Praetor hates you, the communists."
Putting words into mouths? I have nothing but respect for the Id Socs, being one of Baltusia's oldest parties, and I don't hate the Rev Socs - just their economic policy. I do, however, dislike your party.

"Fatherland - You have come close but close is not good enough! We all need to take action!"
Associate yourself with the party most likely to do you and your rights up the ass the second they get the chance to do so - good idea.

AND let's not forget this is the same party that one year ago ENDORSED Charlton to win the election.

Advice for the Liberalism Party: Learn to give and take crap, learn to take criticism, learn to argue and learn how to lose (constant cabinet proposals and early elections are a good indication of a bad loser).

MessageI find this utterly absurd. The Liberal Libertarians have been voted into office many times now by the will of the people, which is precisely what we represent. Trying to circumvent democracy in this way is an insult to the senate.
