| Article I.) Upon the Passage of this Bill an organization called the Imperial Privy Defence and Security Council will be created. Article II.) Membership of this Council will include the Monarch & Sovereign or the Imperial Viceroy at the discretion of the Monarch & Sovereign, the Chancellor of His Imperial Majesty's Government, the Leader of His Imperial Majesty Loyal Official Opposition, the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of Defence & the Minister of Internal Affairs. Article III.) Honorary Membership will be offered on a case by case basis to the Leaders of Parliamentary Leaders who have obtained Official Party Status within the House of Parliament, the Ambassador of the Ataraxian Confederation, the Ambassador of the Northern Council and Ambassador of Representatives of member nations of the Imperial Commonwealth. Article IV.) The Imperial Privy Defence & Security Council will discuss matters of National Security. All discussions will automatically be considered classified and not to be discussed outside of Council. Article V.) Honorary Members need need specific invitation to the Meetings of the Council. Article VI.) Full Members of the Council may compel any member of any Hutorian Security or Defence Apparatus to speak on any topic of the Council's choosing as related to National Defence and Security. |
