Details

Submitted by[?]: Holy Ecumenical Patriarchate of Luthori

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 4396

Description[?]:

Saint Olms is the patron saint of mercy and forgiveness, upholding the idea that even the worst of humans can be redeemed so long as they strive for higher moral integrity, and faith in GOD and the Prophets. This set of laws will help our people to easier strive towards the ideals taught by Saint Olms, and help to redeem even the faithless.

Article 1: Those who wish to escape to our most Holy of Empires, if they are caught, should be given a second chance, converted, and integrated. All those who do not convert or assimilate into our culture will be sent out of the country.

Article 2: after former criminals reform with the blessings of Saint Olms, they may vote an become once more a member of our most holy society. If they commit another crime, however, their vote will be permanently suspended.

Article 3: Only weddings blessed by GOD and the Prophets are valid in both the eyes of the Church and the State. They must preform the Luthori wedding vows in order to be seen as wed. This will lead new immigrants down a path of conversion and integration into our most holy society.

MessageSpeaker of the Social Democratic Party,

Why? Why always no? What about anything in this bill is even slightly objectionable? Even the communist party finds this agreeable!

MessageMr Speaker,.

We have to reasons for voting against your proposals. One is that we wish for a secular state where the seperation of Church and state is something written in to the constitution.

Secondly in this particular Bill we are of the opinion that once you've broken you contract with society you loose the ability to vote.
