We believe this act will provide clarity and an adequate solution for all regarding harmful substances in Beiteynu.

Message	This bill is a good compromise, which my party is open to. While we aren't a big fan of the first article, we very much appreciate the effort on behalf the BTP to find a solution to this that works for multiple parties.
