Description[?]:

Hello, this is my first real bill so please don't kill me. I'm trying.
-
. We would like to introduce a bill that proposes increased funding for social services. The children are the future of our country, and so we believe that weir emotional and physical well-being should be protected at all costs. We want to make sure that the people looking after our children in schools and other government related places are well funded and trained enough to take care of them. I hope that this bill is sort of good and makes sense as OOC I'm writing it as I have a little break in school. Thanks,
Erik.

MessageOOC; this bill has no proposals, and therefore will not affect any policy. You have to actually add proposals such as budget proposals.
