Messagehaving head of state separate from head of government is not separation of powers, actual separation of powers would mean the president apponts the whole cabinet except justice, but since there is no option of that... the three powers are the executive , means president and ministers, legislative, means congress, and judicial, means judges and magistrates, in Belucia we only got a phony executive and an all powerful legislative.

MessageOOC: Are you going to attach "The Head of State is also Head of Government." as a rider to every bill you propose?

MessageSeriously? We wanted to vote Yes because of Article 2, but attaching the rider has caused us to abstain

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.
