Bill: Elimination of Dangerous Private Sector Weapons-Construction Industries

Details

Submitted by[?]: Front for State Prosperity

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2198

Description[?]:

While recognizing that competitive bidding procedures reduce the costs for us to supply equipment to our armed forces, the Front for State Prosperity does not believe that it is in the best interests of the Likatonian people for the private sector to be producing all of our weapons, even the most dangerous ones. As such we are proposing that many of our private sector weapons industries be immediately nationalized.

We don't want private industries producing chemical or nuclear weapons. The security risks are just too great.
