MessageThis bill allows for the voter's mandate and will to be legislated in government - a stand for this bill is a stand in favor of listening to the people, and democracy!

MessagePCP supports the current proposal system. It was enacted with unanimous support of the legislature a number of years ago to ensure that policy change occurred at more reasonable levels. Each party has the opportunity to change 48 policies over the course of a four-year term which provides ample opportunity for them to reflect the will of voters without threatening the stability of the country through mass change.

OOC: We also thought it better reflected governance in real-life where policy changes tend to be slow and limited.

MessageAs much as it pains us to say this, the Government makes a persuasive argument and we have changed our voting intention to reflect this.
